This is to say, "I like reading books" in Chinese.
In my Chinese class, we were talking about what we like to do and what we don't like to do.
Apparently nobody who spoke up in class didn't like reading and I was a bit afraid to speak up... Although I look like a big nerd already, I was somehow afraid to say that I do LOVE reading.
This book I'm reading right now is on a life of this ex-peasant-girl-making-it-in-big-town novel. Very easy to read (it's written by a Chinese girl in English) and quite interesting story, I can relate to what she talks about, since I am in China (although not in Beijing where this novel is set place) and it's interesting to know stuff I wouldn't know about local life.
it's been a long while since I ever posted anything on xanga! I forgot my password and had to try all of my old email accounts to find the correct one for about 15 mins.
in Shanghai now, it's been so hot the past couple of days (28 degrees!) nothing much to say...
